How to make your own pizza from home with photos
For the sake of simplicity we aren’t making pizza dough. There are many pre-made pizza doughs that can be purchased at your local grocery store.
First clean part of your countertop where you will make this pizza. Slightly oil a pan with olive oil.
Chop all the ingredients of your choosing. Here we use Buffalo Mozzarella, Cherry Tomato, Green Onion, and Salami.
Flour the surface (should be dry) and stretch the dough out forming a circle as wide as your pan. Ours is about 16″.
Knead the dough and keep flouring it, the more you do this the better the end result will be! A rolling pin is optional – probably a more consistent result but we used our hands and worked fine.
We put the pizza then on the pan and stretch it so it is as round as possible. Then we spread our tomato sauce, ingredients, and cheese.
Preheat the oven to 425 and depending on your oven and dough it can take 12 – 15 minutes. When it’s done it’s obvious because the edges will crisp.
That’s it! Cut and serve!
